THE PROCESS
The City of Pasadena’s hospitality industry underwent a multi-year update as six of the city’s major hotels did expansive renovations. A promotional campaign was set into place by the city as outreach to inform local, national and international businesses about the updates for future events and conferences.
Following the success of the hospitality campaign, a complementary print and social media series was created for the city itself to promote the variety the City of Pasadena has to offer. The campaign ranged from arts and nature to restaurants and historic landmarks.
